On which planet does Dennis Kloss and his attorney happen to reside? How could either of these men possibly contend that Joann was not being isolated by Dennis Kloss?

The man ordered the locks on Joann’s home to be changed, behind her back no less, weeks before he even left his home in Michigan. He instructed his three hand chosen local minions to not even allow Joann back into her own home. He stated to many of her closest and oldest friends all across the country that he was afraid “he would never get her out of there” if she was allowed in to just simply pick up a few of her personal items. He was fearful that she would resist being returned to the institution that HE insisted she be warehoused in. ALL of these people to which he made this statement willingly let that fact be known and remain willing to affirm this fact to any agency that cares to gather true facts about what actually transpired.

Joann wanted to reside in her own home. That was a very viable option for her in the beginning. She wanted to have the surgery that WAS an option for her if it had been “allowed” to have been performed when her tumor was in an operable state. Had this surgery been performed, Joann wanted to rehabilitate in her own home. She wanted to reside in her own familiar and comfortable environment between appointments and treatments. Dennis Kloss’ failure to act in time to allow this surgery is the very issue that prevented any of these things from occurring and the primary reason that he insisted his sister be isolated from the outside world and communication with anyone who may had revealed that fact to her. He demanded complete control over her options to communicate. He wanted the ability to go home to Michigan yet still maintain a firm grip on Jo’s communication options. He even banned clergy from visitation. Not only Father William Price, (see video) but another pastor and elder from Jo’s church later on when he discovered they too were sharing information with her regarding his problematic behavior and actions.

His own lawyer even willingly and clearly lied about the issue (bottom) which is a direct violation of the rules of professional conduct for an attorney in the state of Arizona.
