Power Of Attorney abuse runs rampant in the United States. Agencies at ALL levels turn a blind eye to the problem. They are filled with government employees that do not care to do their jobs. Their primary work interests seem to be knowing where the coffee pot is, what time is lunch, and how to operate the hold button on the telephone system. This work ethic needs to come to an end, and P.O.A. abuse issues need to be addressed. That is the mission of this site.

The actions of Dennis Kloss, his wife, his hand chosen minions, employees of Integral Senior Living, and his hired legal counsel, who already had a track record of assisting others in abusing elder or incapacitated adults, were criminal in nature. Viewers are strongly encouraged to examine all the material presented on this site to gain an understanding of what transpired. The bulk of the material and statements presented came directly from Dennis Kloss himself or his legal counsel, therefore it is not subject to denial or debate. The statute of limitations for such things as causing premature death (manslaughter) does not have a time limit. For other crimes committed here the statute does not run out for seven years. This effort will be continued until some kind of justice for these individuals is reached.
